Process

02 Design Selection: Choose your preferred plan and any desired modifications or construction options. We’ll then provide a tailored quote for your complete set of construction documents.
03 Pre-Construction: With your construction documents in hand, you can share them with your builder and lending institution. Your builder will handle any site-specific drawings—such as engineering, septic, or landscape design—before submitting for a building permit.
