Product Matrix

To help municipalities evaluate their needs we're providing a Product Matrix Template (Excel file) for organizing your local house plan requirements. This workbook allows you to identify existing and future house plan needs—and discuss what is currently working or not working. This is the first step developers take when assessing what additional housing products to explore—identifying gaps, overlapping product, and comparing with market and competitor offerings. You're welcome to use this tool to evaluate the range of housing needs in your locale.
